Springs Global is controlled by Companhia de Tecidos Norte de Minas – Coteminas (“CTNM“).
CTNM is a publicly traded company based in Montes Claros – MG and acts as a holding company for investments in companies operating in the textile sector. The CTNM‘s shares are traded on the B3 under the ticker “CTNM3” and “CTNM4”.

Besides Springs, CTNM also maintains controlling interest in the Companhia Tecidos Santanense (“Santanense“), a corporation dedicated to making and marketing of textile products for apparel, including professional uniforms, accessories and personal protective equipment – PPE intended for job security. Santanense‘s shares are traded on the B3 under the ticker “CTSA3” and “CTSA4”.
