Springs Global (“Springs”) results from the combination of two textile companies of long standing tradition: CTNM, based in Brazil, and Springs Industries, from the U.S..

Springs is a leading company in bedding, tabletop and bath products, with operations in Brazil and Argentina, and subsidiaries in the United States. Starting in 2009, Springs started direct operations as a retailer in the bed, bath and table toppings (CAMEBA) segment in Brazil, through the acquisition of MMartan. In 2011, the Company began the development of a second network of stores under the Artex brand. Currently, all retail activities are concentrated at the level of Springs’ subsidiary, AMMO Varejo.
